Super nice new store and the staff are so pleasant and helpful. A young lady named carly assisted me and although I didn't make a purchase today, she helped me figure out just what I wanted so I will be back to see her next week.

I have shopped at ROOTS for decades. I try to purchase MADE in CANADA whenever possible and ROOTS has some quality items made here in our country. I have shopped at many ROOTS stores some good and some very bad locations (especially in Ontario) and the KELOWNA location is SUPERB!! FIVE STAR customers service and a beautiful store. I greatly enjoy every visit into this store and the employees are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If you LOVE Roots as I do, I highly recommend this location in the Orchard Mall in Kelowna!
